My work is an exploration of interconnection between the ancient art of kintsugi, the spiritual world of chakras, and the emotional resonance of color. "Renewal" is a visual representation of the transformative power of embracing imperfections, the balance of energies within, and the vibrancy of the human experience.

Color, a universal language that transcends words, plays a pivotal role in my artwork. The colors associated with chakras guide the visual narrative of transformation.

”Vibrations I” represents the combination of the 3rd (Solar Plexus) and 5^th (Throat) chakras.  The energy field for the 3^rd chakra is yellow and represents our personal power.  The energy field for the 5^th chakra is blue and represents our self-expression.  Having the power to speak one’s truth is essential to an enlightened soul.  Imperfect life experiences can interfere with a person’s ability to be authentic.  The gold kintsugi lines represent the renewal of these chakras as we find our agency.
