What is included in the price of the painting?
Prices are in US Dollars. 50% International/Domestic shipping is complimentary.
I want to purchase a painting. Now what?

Are the colors on your website the true colors of the paintings?
I photograph my own work in my studio using a DLSR camera, and the photos on the website are shown as true to the original art. However, different monitors can vary colors slightly. Additional photographs and close ups are available upon request prior to purchase.
What type of payment is accepted?
The shopping cart on this site uses Paypal, which is a secure payment system and accommodates all major credit cards.

Is the shipment insured?
Yes, all artwork is insured for the full retail value when shipped. If any items arrive damaged, please retain the original packaging. Contact me to file a claim, and I will provide further instructions and paperwork.
How is the artwork shipped?
FedEx is used to ship all artwork internationally. UPS or FedEx will be used for domestic shipping. In regions where FedEx is not available, DHL will be used. However, larger or more expensive items may be handled by a professional art shipper.
After you make a purchase, I will be in touch to confirm and let you know how to expect delivery. Please note that all deliveries require a signature unless otherwise agreed upon. This means that someone must be at the recipient’s address to receive and sign for the package.
You will receive email updates from either me and/or the shipper. FedEx allows me to provide your email address so that you can be updated regarding delivery. If you do not want me to share your email address with FedEx or any other shipment company for this purpose, please send an email to Rajul@RajulShahArt.com. In that event, I will update you directly. Please make sure my email address is in your contacts to avoid messages going to your spam folder.
What are the shipping costs?
50% of Shipping costs are complimentary, both international and domestic. For this reason, I ship Economy. If you would like higher priority shipping, you will be charged for the incremental cost. In the case of international shipping, any additional customs and duties will be charged directly to you.

Do you take returns?
Yes. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you have 5 business days from receipt of the package to notify me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee is charged to offset insurance and bank fees incurred in the payment and refund process. Upon receipt of the returned item, your credit card will be credited accordingly.
